We share verification rates (the share of new signups that pass mandatory real-time selfie verification), block rates (the share of accounts our AI scam-detection model blocks before they message anyone), and report-resolution times (how fast our 24/7 trust & safety team handles user reports). Industry average for these metrics is opaque-to-nonexistent. Ours updates daily.

Why it matters
